Board Correspondence to Residents

The Board is attaching the draft 2024 AGM Minutes for everyone’s information.  Please be reminded that these are the draft minutes and are subject to revision and correction.  They will approved at the 2025 AGM by all LNID taxpayers in attendance.

At a LNID taxpayers’s request, and with the permission of both candidates, the Board is sharing the total number of votes for each candidates in the 2024 Trustee election.  There were 63 votes cast:  Nora Walker – 18, Harvey Jager – 44, 1 – Spoiled/Rejected Ballot. Going forward, the Board has agreed to release the total number of votes for each candidate after all subsequent trustee elections beginning in 2025 and will amend the Election Procedures to reflect that decision.

As a reminder to everyone, the Board would like to share some important informational links from the website.

As of the this year, all meetings, including the AGM, are being video recorded and posted here for viewing.

LNID taxpayers can petition the Board to speak at all Board meetings.  It can be done in advance of the meeting or at the meeting itself.  All LNID taxpayers are welcome to join the discussion.  The formal language outlining this can be found in the Meeting Procedures Bylaw #59 which can be accessed here.
